At Celestar Diamonds, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and a transparent shopping experience across Canada. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, secure, and aligned with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

30-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of the conditions below:

Eligibility criteria

  • Item is unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Item is returned in original condition
  • Original packaging, documentation, and gemstone or diamond certification are included
  • Item is not custom-made, engraved, resized, or modified

Non-ELIGIBLE

  • Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry
  • Engraved, resized, or altered pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Products returned without required certification or showing signs of improper handling.
  • Minor variations in color, size, weight, or appearance resulting from lighting conditions, screen settings, or natural material characteristics.

Return Process

To ensure secure and properly documented returns, all return requests must be approved in advance.

1. Email support@celestardiamonds.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return
3. Provide clear photos if requested
4. Once approved, we will issue return instructions and a secure return label

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets eligibility requirements. Determination of wear, damage, or return eligibility is made by Celestar Diamonds following inspection.

• Inspection time: 2–3 business days
• Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, the request will be processed as a return followed by a new purchase. Any price difference between exchanged items must be paid before the new order is processed. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional fees for remaking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Celestar Diamonds is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have entered production or customization cannot be canceled. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry.
